WHY POCO KARATE?

PoCo Karate is a traditional Karate and Kobudo dojo, meaning we carry on the teachings and traditions that have been passed down through generations of masters tracing back to Japan and Okinawa.

Our classroom environment is friendly, supportive, and welcoming.  We follow modern coaching and sports science best practices to ensure the safety and health of all participants.  All instructors are Karate Canada / NCCP certified.
