Cross-Training in Karate. Be undefeated.

As practitioners of Karate, we often think about opportunities to cross-train in other sports and martial arts in order to augment our physical fitness and self-defence capabilities. We often take for granted how effective our Karate training can be for those looking for cross-training opportunities for their own sports and activities.


At PoCo Karate, we have several dedicated students that are cross-training in Karate in support of their primary sport or activity. The top list of feedback we hear about the benefits include the following:
