Let's hear it for our High Performance Coach, Claudia Laos-Loo as she competes at the WKF World Karate Championships in Cairo, Egypt this week! This is the top level event for Olympic Karate. The top 32 Kata competitors will begin their struggle in 8 pools of 4 competitors in round robin format on Nov 26th at 11pm (Pacific Time). The top two from each pool will advance to the Round of 16.
